Therapy to help you grow into the life you deserve
If you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, showing up for everyone else, staying “on” even when you are running on empty, and wondering when things started to feel so disconnected, you are not alone. You might be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or major life transitions that have left you feeling stuck or unsure how to find your footing again. Maybe you notice a strong pull to take care of others emotionally, often at the expense of their own needs.
Some of the people I work with are overwhelmed, self-doubting, emotionally exhausted, just trying to get through the day. In our work together, we slow things down and make space for what you have been carrying so you can start to feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and able to move toward a life that actually feels like yours.
I’m Monika, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I support individuals who feel stuck in patterns they can see but can’t quite shift, especially when those patterns show up in relationships, self-worth, and emotional regulation.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Rather than rushing to fix anything, we focus on understanding what is happening beneath the surface, where these patterns come from, and why they have made sense. From there, we move gently toward change, helping you build new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more aligned with who you are becoming.
I incorporate inner child work to help you reconnect with the parts of you that still carry unmet needs and learned survival strategies from earlier experiences. I also offer EMDR to support processing and integrating painful or overwhelming experiences in a way that feels more embodied and lasting, not just intellectual.
