About me
Life can look fine on the outside but feel heavy, chaotic, or disconnected on the inside. Many people come to therapy after years of holding it together, overthinking their emotions, or cycling through patterns that don’t make sense anymore. Insight alone hasn’t been enough, and slowing down can feel uncomfortable or even unsafe.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals feel unburdened by what’s behind them and empowered by what’s ahead. Much of the work I do involves helping clients untangle the stories they've inherited or internalized and rewrite the beliefs that keep them stuck.
I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, and big life shifts. Some sessions are about understanding patterns. Others are about noticing what’s happening in the body, practicing new responses, or learning how to sit with emotion without getting overwhelmed. In EMDR, we’ll use specialized protocols and body-based techniques to reduce trauma responses, process painful memories, and support deeper nervous system healing.
